Middle distance on the famous lunsen map near Uppsala. It went fairly well for me until I slipped on a mossy rock and put a hole in my leg, below the knee. Jogged back to the finish and then got a lift to the hospital.
Fantastic terrain. Looking forward to running there again.

Note

5 stitches from akademiska in Uppsala. Apparently, I should be back in action in a few days. Seems unlikely at the moment.

I had a pretty scrappy run but was happy to get around without seeming to aggravate my ankle.
Seems like the ankle problem was caused by my icebug shoes :-(

Map-memory golf-OL out in Tumba. Good fun. Couldn't believe that I managed to get almost all the controls with only one look at the map for each leg. Maybe I should look at the map less often! Great technique training.

It was fun but tough running today, through large areas of logged forest. I had an OK run, but made a few mistakes and didn't really have the energy to push harder.

Great spring day.
Bit of a scrappy and crappy run from me. No big mistakes just lots of small ones. Would be nice with a bit more flow in the orienteering.
Ankle was ok.

Nice sub-threshold tempo run.
20 mins easy
20 mins @ 4:22 pace. Aim was 75% hr/marathon pace. Could have been a bit quicker.

Didn't get away from work in time for orienteering training and decided to have a rest because my right foot has been a bit sore around the lateral bit of the arch.

Grymnatta. Pretty satisfied with my run. I started off very cautiously but picked up the pace as it went on. Happy to avoid big mistakes, but a few things to work on. Good fun.
