Went for an easy run after work. It felt good. I'm starting to feel a bit more healthy which is a relief, but I think I'll have to skip Lidingöloppet on Saturday. Pretty disappointed.

Centrum OK club cross country champs around the lit tracks in björkhagen. Gave in to my cold after about 7.5 k, and jogged back to the finish.

Long run around the first 20 k of the Lidingöloppet course. Started from Grönsta gärde. Fantastic, sunny day.
The aim was to get in a more solid long run at around 5 min/k. I started to get tired after about 90 mins. Great training and I'll sleep well tonight.

Intervals felt good. Didn't push it too hard, but felt that the rests seemed to get progressively shorter. Maybe I should try to keep it under 3:50 pace next time.

Easy after work run in Hagaparken

Felt a bit stiff and tired in the legs after a busy weekend. It was great to get outside after a long day of work and enjoy the last blasts of summer.
