Orienteering on Lidingö. Pretty easy navigation, but I was, not surprisingly, a bit rusty and made quite a few small mistakes. Beautiful day and nice to get out orienteering. Picked up blisters on both my big toes, hasn't happened before with these o-shoes.

Högdalenshögsta. It was a nice little training fun run. The first of a monthly series on the same course, over each of the three old tip hills in Högdalen. Lots of up and down, so good training for the bydalen 50k in August.
I might have gone out a bit hard up to tjr first hill and paid for it later. It will be fun to compare in a month's time and good training motivation.
