state series at Sailor's Creek
course was short but steep. The terrian was enjoyable but the course setter hadn't provided any real challenges. Spiked all the controls, but just took it as a training run, so a bit slower.

State league at the You Yangs.
Unofficially ran course 3, still managed to bomb a couple of minutes each on a few controls that I had visited when checking courses.

I think that a few people struggled with the combination of vegetation and terrain.

It was a good to have a change from boring old spur/gully.

Decided that a wet day at nerrina would not be good for my ankle, so went to the gym instead.

Changed to body part specific sessions.

Ankle was ok, but still a bit weak. Will ease back into running over the next two weeks.
