An easy run in the sun around Princes Park.
I stopped and stretched on the grass for about 20mins in the middle.
The weather was nice but it seemed disturbingly warm for this time of year, definitely over 20 degrees.

Felt a bit tired and stiff which was not surprising. This is the most running that I have done in one week for about 3 years.

MFR run from my place. It was a pretty easy pace around Royal and Princes' Parks tonight. Good to see that everyone ate the food this time. Last time I had to eat a really rich curry for six days afterwards.

Bendigo Ironman
4 x approximately 2km courses
I just jogged the first one because I had a terrible handicap and needed a warm up. The two hard courses were great; challenging navigation at speed and the terrain was quite tough to run through at times. After these types of events I normally feel very tired and stiff by the end of the last race, but that didn't happen todays. Perhaps I could have run a bit harder.

Saw eleven possums.
Felt good, even surged up the Anderson St hill for fun.
It was quite windy on the long hill home.

got home late, so decided to have a rest day. Instead, I entered the oceania champs in elite. Now I'm really committed to doing some training.

Not a good run. Tired from actually training this week, I was beaten by Tim Hatley, didn't mark the last control on the map, consequently DNFed, Lost the beer bet to Dion, and then realised that I was about 20minutes off the pace anyway, but it was fun.

Bendigo local event at Mosquito Creek.
Took it pretty easy, walked up the few tiny uphills.
Pretty vague area, and meandered a lot on the compass, but didn't make any big mistakes.
