Centrums OK training on the track - Kristinebergs IP
apart from warm up and down did intervals
3 x (400m-1min rest-400m-15s rest-800m-2 min rest)
Felt pretty unfit.
Training was made more interesting when we turned up and the lights were off at the track, then in the middle of the intervals, the skies cleared and temp dropped about 3 degrees. The wet track became an icy track within a few minutes. Was pretty crazy slipping around the icy bends in the dark. Welcome to Sweden!
It was fun to go training with that group. May have to go again next week
