After a long, tough day at work, I was pretty happy to get out for a run and even squeeze in some intervals. Did about 15 mins warm up, then something like 3x100secs,3x60, 3x30. 30 secs jog rest between all. Then a super easy jog home around brunnsviken.

Järfälla medel near sandviksskolan.
Bit of a shocker for me. Fast but vague and stony terrain made it easy to run fast and also make mistakes. The controls were pretty well hidden too. I navigated ok but lost a bit of time being scrappy and uncertain around the hidden controls. Would have been happy to get around in about 38 and not lose 5mins due to lack of concentratipn on the last two controls.

centrum training in the forest south of Orhem.
just a big butterfly course. about half the controls were in the wrong place but it was still good to get out into the forest. felt pretty nice physically but orienteering was a bit rusty.

Had pretty tired quads afterwards.
I went out pretty late, so I was starving when I got back and ate a big pizza for lunch.
