Collecting control flags in the rain out at Kulla. Nice to be out in the forest but pretty miserable weather. Distance is a bit of a guess.

Note

Right ankle/foot is stiff again, just as it was before I hurt my knee. The earliest physio appointment I could get was in two weeks, so I'll just have to see how it goes until then.

Club middle distance champs on Bogesundslandet

Beautiful day to be out and a great course. I ran reasonably well for the first two thirds of the course and then had a bit of a head explosion and lost about 8 minutes on the last two controls. Seems like I've become a bit of a swede and can't handle the 'boiling' 25 degree heat.

My knee was fine.

easy jog to test out my knee.
It felt ok, if a little bit sore, but that was about what I expected. It still doesn't have 100% movement, and the sore is still healing and a bit swollen, but it's almost there.
Good. Hopefully I can ease back into running this week.
