A bit of a tough one thrown into my minimal marathon training. Ran the first lap of the Stockholm marathon course. Aimed to run at 5 min/k pace. I was a bit slow for the first 40 mins but picked it up slightly through Gärdet to get back on pace. Pretty happy with how I felt considering lack of training. No problems keeping 5 min k pace. Hills and Västerbron no problem, although my legs got pretty sore running down västerbron which could be a killer on the second lap of the course after about 35k...Pretty solid run overall
