My legs were really tired from yesterday so I decided to just stretch them out a bit on an easy ride - felt good.

FIrst run back after being sick and was really happy with the session. Was supposed to be a 20/20/20 session but after the 20min effort I was still feeling great so puched it out really hard for an extra 5 minutes.

Note

So this was the day I was supposed to race in the Australia Cup in Brisbane but had to pull the plug as I was still not 100%. Really frustrating but I think by racing it may have taken another week to get well and with ACT Aths chapms only 2 weeks away I think I made the right choice - frustrating though.
