| Doing a hard session like the one yesterday with Shep after not running for a week made me wake up very, very sore. Instead of resting today I decided to ride to town instead of catching the bus in order to just get the juices in my legs flowing again before I race tommorow evening. |

| Met up with Shep for a very tough session on Bruce Ridge. Started with a 10minute tempo run during which I realised my track training was doing my terrain running no good whatsoever - glad to be finally doing something about that.
Followed that with 5x90second hill intervals during which I really felt the lactic in the legs - a tribute to only running on flat for the last few months. Good session though, I enjoyed having someone else there to keep me motivated and pushing hard.
Also that track race I thought I had today turns...turns out its Saturday and I just can't read a calander. Fingers crossed for under 4min anyway. |

| Having a rest day today before I have another shot at a 1500m race at the Athletics ACT meet tommorow. Honestly, I don't feel particularly confident about my chances because I havn't had the chance to train properly in the last week but I'll see how it goes. |
