Longer run with Marty. Pretty cold and as usual with Marty moving along. I started to struggle a bit as we hit black men so he went ahead. Plenty of Stockholm debrief. Some discussion of ethics of Craney behaviour at Jim Sawkins Handicap. ;)

Cruisy park run. Legs felt ok but wasn't gonna go any faster. No top gear. Stuck around 4min ks and then upped it a bit for last 500m to make sure i got under 20mins. Shannon ran well for 19.40
