Blurgh. Had been feeling a bit dodgy all morning and set off for a run from ballet hq. Felt awful with achy and nothing in the tank so made the smart call to pull the pin. Strangely started to feel better in the evening even though it came on sudden.

Tough session with the boys - 3*7.5mins on, 2.5mins rest. I was on my own as only guys a fair bit faster than me there, also plenty of them only did 2. Headwind for 1st and 3rd efforts. Was absolutely shattered at the end - pace was a bout my 5k pace.
