Jwoc long. Frankly, this was my worst race probably all year. It started out slow but fairly clean which was the plan, then I was supposed to speed up. Which I just couldn't do. My legs were totally fried, I was dead tired, had a poor sleep the night before, and my orienteering paid the price.

I am pretty disappointed with this race. I was very sloppy, and only got worse add the course went on. I think the big takeaway for next year is that my physical training is way, way, way, below where it needs to be. Technically, I think I have done decent, but physical preparation is something that can be done anywhere, and simply put i slacked off too much this spring and paid the price now.

A chance for redemption tomorrow, gotta refocus now.

Jwoc sprint. 104rh place. A few routechoice errors, but mostly just my legs felt dead, and I never hit top speed. Ran faster in training sprint last week.

Jwoc middle b final. 27th place? Maybe? anyways, I and a big thing written, but then my browser stopped responding and didn't recover, so i lost it and am not willing to rewrite. Basically, my finish time might be off by up to 13 seconds.
