Mountain Biking 3:05:00 [1] 27.2 km (8.8 kph)

Starting form Ford road, up the highway, and then out to White Lake. Up the back of Bastion Mountain before coming down Reinicker Creek's single track. Unfortunately a ton of trees down on the singletrack so very difficult to get any sort of flow.

Did it with Dad, nice easy pace. Great for procrastinating homework!

Roller Skiing - Skate 1:30:00 [1]

Team camp at Herald's Park. 2nd best skate roller ski of the year, but blew my pole tip at the extreme end, so mostly no poles on the way back (it was supposed to be double poling on the way back...)

Uphill Sprints - I suck at rollerskiing at speed. Probably has something to do with a lack of practice.

Hill bounding run up reinicker creek and back down the other side.

Herald park games with all groups. Favourite was tug of war or maybe car push.

Orienteering 34:00 [3] *** 3.2 km (5.6 kph)

Memory-O at Gardom Lake. Nice to be orienteering, not organizing, but totally botched this one. All but no features on the map, couple with non magnetic north lines, and any number of other excuses meant i was not happy with my run.

I love getting off before lunch on wednesdays! There is so much time in the day!

A nice run/hike at South Canoe up FLying Nun, KC, Coffeetime, down the road, upperschitzo, Mo Buddah, Bear's Den, Triangle, Stubby, and finally the horse trail.

Felt good, hamstrings getting tired towards the end. Salomon shoelace snapped with 200m to the parking lot!
