Skiing - Classic 2:00:00 [1] 19.0 km (6:19 / km)

Beautiful day up on Larch Hills. Easy distance ski with the ski team - tons of fun. Really enjoyed going skiing again, hoping to get a fair bit in this week.

Forgot my GPS, so distance comes from tracing a route in the orienteering map file and measuring the length.

Note

Catching up on orienteering stuff non-OART today. Finally posted the local schedule for Kamloops weeknight events, now need to get back to everyone who has contacted me about them...

Also have a few emails from various groups interested in orienteering that I've gotten throughout the past week and haven't had a chance to respond to yet.

Our club's biggest issue at the moment is we haven't figured out how we are doing membership for this coming year - hope we can figure that out tomorrow at our Officials Course (the first one our club has held since I started orienteering, so the first time in around 5-6 years!)

Note

So I backed up my orienteering map folder today (for the first time in around 6 months...) - and turns out I have 65.8gb of maps, templates, exported maps, etc. Glad that is all backed up now in case something goes wrong.

Stationary Biking 1:00:00 [1]

It was as much fun as stationary biking can be. Tomorrow I catch up on the various orienteering emails ice fallen behind on over the last week.

Easy run in the dark around Quail/Airport Business Park. Stopped by Alexander's dorm on the way back to discuss permissions from the University for OART.

Foot hurting throughout almost the entire run. Going to p physio in Salmon Arm on Tuesday.

Strength 40:00 [1]

Managed to get a bit of a workout in after 6 hours of labs. Only one more big thing this week and then it's reading break, and that's a Latin American History midterm on Friday.
