Orienteering race (QBIII) 1:10:04 [4] 4.4 km (15:55 / km) +155m 13:32 / km

not a big improvement on yesterday but oh well. When I was actually orienteering it was ok eg from 1 to 14. About 10 min of mistakes in total again. Another embrassing start for ap.

Orienteering long (QBIII) 1:44:45 [4] 7.0 km (14:58 / km)

Definitely not the best race to start off on AP again but hopefully it can only improve. Was doing well until 10 (except for a terrible route choice to 9 which shannon pointed out). Then I found 13 and 12 before 11 in that order which wasted about10 min. Worked out at 12 that I had my compass 90 degrees out which i haven't done for years and this was why I was doing the loop backwards- oppps!
