jog around the ridges with Jose. first run for a while since being sick so took it slow but felt good and even better afterwards. its been a good day all round as I am logging this on my new iPad and keyboard!!!! very happy indeed.

Seemed like ages since I have done pump. It was fun. Ghenni got flowers half way through the class from a girl she's been training to be an instructor. She completely deserves them - she's awesome.

Morning jog to kaleen and through the ridge. Tried out my renewed hill running again by actually detouring to go up them.

Morning jog around the ridges with Jose. Jose gave me some running up hill tips which helped a lot so we did some hills. I now remember how to run up hills - now to get it faster than a shuffle.
