Canada day fun run at stromlo. Forgot that the track at stromlo was really hilly! Yummy pancakes afterwards and beautiful day in the sunshine.

Tuggers park run. It always rains when we go to tuggers. Nice raisin toast and coffee after tho.

Run to work with mace Lucy and Jose. Jose pulled his hammy trying to out sprint us on one of the intervals down a hill. He seemed quite pleased that he'd "pulled a hammy" so it couldn't have been that bad.

Cockies Hill Intervals with mace, Lucy and Jose. Have never done the cockies hills before and I know why- they were long and hard. Felt like a long session today - didn't get home until 8am!
