longish run with Jose down along the first part of the nosh. very slow, but good to get out there for longer than usual, and a great start to the day.

run down and back to the UTS oval

Running intervals 12:29 [4] 2.0 km (6:15 / km)

100m on and 100m recovery around the UTS oval. First time I have tried to run fast for ages and this was a good intro.

Running (Kincumber Mtn Run) 44:38 [3]

Run up Kincumber Mtn with the ipod. Went to the lookout at the top for the first time in a while. Gosh were my calves feeling it. 25.50 to the top. Tried to push it and get some speed up coming back down. Felt really good at the end.

Sprint Course with the Juniors at the camp on a nice little bush map near singleton. Fun and fast but gosh do I need to get fitter. Karen and Russell are doing a GREAT job with the squad. I hope some more stingers will be able to make other camps, especially the Christmas camp.... its sounds fun!

Shadowing Phoebe Vicent and Felicity Barker Smith, on their planning exercise. Slow jog/ walk. The girls were doing really well by the end.
