Orienteering race (Metro) 38:32 [4] 4.6 km (8:23 / km)
shoes: Asics 2130s 2008

First Metro at Haberfield through Rozelle Hosp. Great fun, that area could be an excellent sprint map if it was mapped properly. 2 min mistake on way to 10, decided to risk it and test the mapping and didnt pay off as there was a new impassable fence. And then I stupidly stuffed up the short leg to twelve with the completely wrong exit direction from 11. So at least 3 min of mistakes. Felt good running, hot beautiful sunny day.

terrigal trotters run. the scheduled run was waterslides but its too long and boring for me at the moment so i decided to to do the flat time trial course.
speedy zapata pushed me on the way out and then died. then I picked up dad on the way home so that pushed me to the end in a reasonable time. Pretty happy with my time considering. My pb is 48.50 and that was when i was at my fittest ever.

Swim with Fel at North Sydney Pool. Cold but so good to get swimming again. Felt really good afterwards and I don't think there is a better place to be doing laps
