Running long 1:21:30 [3]

Not many people there today but I had a nice run with Mary and Liz along the bottom of mt ainslie, up the concert path to the top and back down over hackett hill to finish. Achilles was a lot better than last week. Beauitful weather for a run and there were heaps of ppl along the path up ainslie. Caramel milkshake and cinnamon toast at deli Marco afterwards was nice.

Rode down to the pool for my first morning swim of the season. It involved quite a few stops because my googles kept leaking. It might be time for some new ones. The sun was out and i think i got a bit of tan. goodbye winter whiteness.

To and from work. Went down northbourne in the morning which was a mistake. There are some crazy buses along there. But then I went around the lake on the way home which was a lot more peaceful.

Evening ride with Ria and frank on Bruce ridge. It was very fun and we went a different way to usual. The last track had lots of logs- made it over most but not all of them. I'll have to go that way again to practice and more week day evening rides will be great!

Orienteering (West stromlo) 59:42 [3]

Can't say I really enjoyed this but I didn't exactly start with the best attitude after driving the car into a massive rock in the car park! It was hot and involved finding half metre boulders in metre high grass. Other than that I stuffed up 13 and was very slow!

Great as usual. It's was a hot afternoon- first time I've sweated at yoga in ages.
