Putting out controls with Ria for the cyclegain next weekend. I feel a bit dodgy logging this as there was way more 4wd-ing than anything else but I was super tired afterwards and we did break into a jog at times ...

Fun ride with Beth and Ria at majura. I didnt wear enough clothes and it was freezing at the end. Luckily Beth saved me by lending me her amazing windstopper jacket for the ride home.

Morning plod along the bike path to kaleen. Good for the legs after the weekend. Great frost this morning and it was a chilly one.

Evening body pump class. Really enjoying the gym at the moment might have something to do with it being freezing outside.
