Running 40:18 [3]

Fel's intervals (10x1min) to kaleen and around the ridge. They're weren't quite fast enough to log as proper intervals but better than just a plain jog. Crossed paths with hanny running in shorts and a tshirt!!!! It was -1 when I looked at the temp before leaving.

Morning jog to kaleen and back . The legs were a bit sore after the ride yesterday.

Body pump after an ordinary day at work I felt better afterwards.
