Running race 27:29 [3] 5.0 km (5:30 / km)

Chilly morning. It was -3 when I got up and still -2 when I got out the car. Took it pretty easy, especially at the start. I also didn't look at my watch the whole way because it was too cold to lift up my sleeve. Exactly the same pace as last weekend.

Yoga 1:30:00 [1]

First yoga class for over a year. Lovely teacher and it definitely pushed me. Did a hand stand against the wall and then proceeded to collapse onto my head so that must have looked pretty funny. Feel good now tho.
