technique work with team up riley road. worked on pushing off ski and hips forward. Then skied for an hour. wrist hurt the last 20 mins.

Thursday Oct 13 #

Classic ski 40:00 [4]

dp intervals with sprints mixed in, out on the new Arnold road! first one was 13 mins, felt good and strong. second one was 14 mins, got tired and wrist started to hurt. Third was 13 mins, wrist started to kill me, no poled for the last half of the interval. Skied with greta and niki!

About 26 mins worth of ant ski walking w/out poles up spirit. About 5- 4:50 mins each. Felt like it was a solid workout, legs sore.
