long skate od. 45 minutes of easy skiing. Then proceeded to do no pole, one pole and one pole for three hours… worked on v2 and brining arms up fast when switching from side to side. Legs were shot at the end.
wu: 30 mins easy, 4 mins L3, 2x2 mins L4, 2x2 mins L5, the run sprints while waiting to start the tt. Cd: cooled down with greta. when backwards on the course cheering on the rest of the boys racing.

First classic tt on snow. Skis were okay, slipping a little. First time actually striding so my technique was a little off. Trying to remember how to classic again.
