Notes: Didn't do as much warm up as usual since we took the train to just under the Manhattan bridge. Ran a cool route all along the greenway (Hudson River) which was nice - meant that we didn't have to stop and start again with traffic lights. Overall really solid run. Knees tightened up near the end but no serious issues. I think all the extra rest this weekend helped.
