Very slow 45 minute run. Throat is a bit sore and chest is tight. I think I'm still recovering from the week a little bit. It's nice to be back home and getting back into the swing of things. I miss the cabin and the peace and quiet of the redwood forest, though.

20 minute run - was supposed to be 45 minutes but my shin was very sore so I shut it down. Must have been from wearing heels. Iced in the river by our cabin and that seemed to help a lot.

Notes: Nice run today but holy moly I'm exhausted in every way. Legs were heavy and just struggled the whole time. Need to get some sleep and recuperate a little and things will bounce back, I'm sure.
