Easy shake out run, nice and slow with Sue in Carmel. Some nice rolling hills in there. Feeling good and ready for a workout later in the day.

Notes: Warm up was good - moving. Cool down was rough. Very tired, heavy legs but made it back.

8X 4min hard, 1 min easy on ellip

Notes: Excellent workout! Today I went into it thinking about how I can leave everything on the machine. You can't work too hard on the elliptical. I knew I would feel good for the first half. I also knew my weakness would be the struggle for the middle part of the workout so I made a point to really focus and get everything out of every.single.set. Definitely got it done and I'm very happy with the effort.

Shake out along coastal trail. Pushed myself a little harder than the usual off day run, just to see how it felt. Everything was good. Rolled and stretched after.

Notes: No issues - kept things in control. Was very tired on the way home.

Notes: Sore upper back throughout. Not the greatest workout of all time. Feeling achey, headachey and feverish but got the work done. Breathing was out of control.

Notes: Running was good - felt strong and rested. Picked up the pace a little on cool down to see how it would feel. Everything is good.

Notes: Really focused workout. The middle sets were a bit of a struggle so I need to keep working on improving the quality. Really kicked it up at the end so I know I had more in the tank for that middle section. It's all in my head - gotta get after it more.

Another solid 45 minute run - probably one of the best yet. Form and breathing seem to be coming back. Sunset was beautiful and the summer heat has finally arrived. Calves are sore.
