Notes: Decent workout. Legs still don't have the pep in them that I would like to feel this close to the race. Right calf and shin are still tight and cramping during cool down. Effort was right at the line every time, but body is fatigued. None of this "felt" good, but that's running sometimes. Feeling run down already and hoping to catch up on sleep and nutrients to feel 100% come Sunday.
