Great Yoga Flow class this morning. Worked on hip flexor strength, inner thigh and hamstring. So happy I was able to make it today.

Notes: Really nice late afternoon run. This is the beginning of my recovery week so my legs felt relieved for the lower mileage day. Left shin was fine for running, but will be monitoring it.

Easy shake out with the pups this morning. Feeling tired and a bit run down from the week. Left shin was a bit sore but nothing serious.
Upper back was feeling good after going to the chiropractor yesterday. Looking forward to a down week next week :)

Just Run program with my students. Ran laps for about 18-20 minutes. Left shin was sore after the morning run. Seemed okay for the afternoon laps, but was sore all evening. Need to ice and get it under control.

Easy run with the dogs this morning. Definitely feeling fatigued from the week and from last night's workout. Legs had no kick in them and the last 1.5 km felt like it stretched on forever. BUT... I got the work done, saw a buck on the trail so overall pretty decent morning.

Easy run in the morning. Went a little longer than I normally would before a workout, but school went late last night so I didn't have time to get my circuit in - gotta make up the mileage. The run was really enjoyable. Rolled and iced after.

Notes: Had a rough day at school so I was looking forward to getting some work in running-wise. As soon as I stepped out the door it started pouring rain. Super windy and super tough on the way out, but I really focused on pushing my limits on every set. Today was one of those days where I felt like I had no limit to how hard I could push on the fast minutes. Cool down was definitely a struggle. Really happy with the effort.

Notes: Really great tempo workout today. Held the line and focused on running in the moment. Definitely was fatigued after but push and sit were strong. Got pizza for dinner as a reward - Happy Monday!

Easy little shake with the dogs. It was even colder this morning but I think I'm being a baby about it. Wore my vest and I definitely didn't need to. On the plus side it's bright and sunny! Iced legs after. No real issues other than tired legs from yesterday. Heading to the pool later this morning.

2 laps kicking then 45 minutes alternating swimming and DWR

Notes: Really solid session in the pool today! Getting stronger. I need to fix my swimming form I think, but otherwise getting the work done. Hip flexor was a little tight after - hoping it's just a small issue that fixes itself.
