Easy morning shake with the dogs. Knee is feeling a lot better. Still not 100%, but definitely able to get some running in.

Right knee is still tender but showing improvement. Took today off to recover so I can hopefully do a little bit of running tomorrow after work.

Notes: Felt great to get back on the track for some speed work. Wasn't sure where I would fall in with the group but ended leading the women and pushing to chase the slower men. Happy with the consistency and aiming to get faster. Definitely more in the tank, just needed to get that feel again.

Right knee is swollen and sore to bend. Taking a rest day to see if that helps.

Easy shake with Dillon and the dogs. Easing back into running this week after a full week off snowboarding in the mountains of Vermont. Ready to get some serious training in leading up to the Brooklyn Half. Need to remember to ease things back :)
