Notes: Great workout today. Strong right through to the last set. Got things moving - maybe it was the recovery from yesterday, maybe the nice weather, or maybe my body is starting to adjust to working out again but today things clicked and got the work done. Very happy with effort and getting back into things.

Easy run with the dogs this morning. Feeling tired and heavy and it didn't help that both dogs were wild. Winston was pulling my arm like crazy and was out of control. Spent the first half of the run just trying to get the two of them going in the same direction and off the grass. Finally got things under control and the rest was fine. Looking forward to a morning off tomorrow.

Notes: This was just okay tonight. Feet were sore from work all day, overall didn't feel recovered. Felt decent as we warmed up and the first 2 sets were strong, but then stomach issues kicked in for the last two sets so I cut the effort back and headed home. Body is definitely needing to readjust to working, and actual, real training again. Need to be patient with the process and trust that fitness will come back.

Easy jog with the pups. Legs were tired and heavy - generally just feeling fatigue from the week.

Hopped in for the PPTC monthly pub run. Great group of runners tonight in a strong group. It's been a long time since I ran in a group like that. PPTC is really starting to feel like a team.

Bye bye warm weather - back to below freezing and windy. Dogs were so much better behaved today. I think we all got a good night sleep last night.

Notes: Started out strong and things fell apart. Warm up felt good and the first half of the workout was strong. Pushed to try to catch anyone around me, pumped the arms and breathing was out of control. Struggling with allergies so I started wheezing pretty hard for sets 4 and 5. Sets 7, 8, 9, and 10 were rough. Stomach was very upset and for safety sake, had to take my foot off the gas. Cut cool down short and just barely made it home in time for the bathroom :(

Don't know what's going on but hoping these issues don't persist.

Easy morning shake with the dogs. It was surprisingly warm outside - first time all winter I've been able to run without a vest or jacket :)

Notes: Decent long run this morning with Sara and Rena (and Dan for part of it). Did the outside and inside loops again and kept things moving. Happy with the effort for a Sunday and the good company. Yoga felt great after - legs are sore even after all that recovery.
