Quick loop with Dillon before heading out. Struggling with a cold/bad allergies so breathing was completely out of control for what was supposed to be an easy shake out. Struggling hard right now so fit everything in. But at least the weather is nice.

Notes: Decent workout today. Could have pushed harder but kept things under control. Really pushed hard on the last set going up zoo hill. It worked out perfect doing the workout with Flavia! Very happy it worked out.

Easy after work jog wit the dogs. I wanted to do the full loop for mileage but the dogs refused to even do the half loop. Just made it home and left it for the day.

Easy warm up from home to the track. Ran with the group since I wasn't sure where I was going.
Active warm up when I arrived.

800m: 3:20, 3:19, 3:15, 3:14, 3:16

Notes: This was okay. It was my first time to Red Hook track. I really wasn't sure what my goals were supposed to be, so the first two sets I ran at a medium/hard effort. There was one other girl who passed me early on my second set. I wasn't winded enough when I finished so I knew I could keep up with her and push harder. Ended up dropping her and almost catching the last of the men. Just put my head down and dug a little deeper for each set. I think there's more in the tank but I'm really struggling to know where I'm supposed to be. Just going to keep at it.

Notes: Good long run today. Tried out a new route with Dillon which was nice, but ended up a little shorter than we expected. Finished up the run and headed home. Felt good about the overall effort of long run. Strength stuff after was solid.
