Easy 6 mile run around the park. Perfect temps and sunshine. Little bit of knee tightness near the end but no issues.

Notes: This turned out to be a much better workout than I anticipated. Once things got going, I felt good and started to really pushed the line as the workout went on. I actually felt really good right through to the end with a little bit of tightness in my left knee. Kept things right at the line and I think could have pushed a little harder. Channeled all of my work frustrations to the treadmill ad running strong tonight. It worked.

Totally beat up. Felt exhausted after work so decided to take a rest evening. Will add more mileage Friday when I don't have work.

Notes: This was okay. Legs were still beat up from Sunday long run and the work day. Wanted it to be a little more crisp but the tempo was pretty decent effort-wise. Stopped a bit short of 4 miles due to hamstring cramp. Not risking anything at this point so jogged home and stretched and rolled. Happy with the effort overall. Still working up to getting these workouts where I want them while working.

Notes: Didn't do as much warm up as usual since we took the train to just under the Manhattan bridge. Ran a cool route all along the greenway (Hudson River) which was nice - meant that we didn't have to stop and start again with traffic lights. Overall really solid run. Knees tightened up near the end but no serious issues. I think all the extra rest this weekend helped.
