Easy little shake out in Brigantine. Cold seems to have finally gone away. No coughing. Running felt good - legs were quick and light.

Notes: Early workout with Crystal. It was super cold and windy so decided to really do this based on effort and not even look at my watch. Got 2 miles into tempo and started having some serious stomach issues. Cut it short and ran home (1 mile cool down). All in all the workout was shorter than I wanted, but I got out the door at 6 am and ran in cold, windy conditions.

Notes: I wasn't sure how this was going to feel this morning so I didn't set any big goals for myself. I wanted to hang onto Crystal, Holly and Pam for as long as possible. By the 3rd set I was falling off, but still within reach. Definitely didn't push as hard as I could have. Was having some breathing issues due to phlegm and stuffy nose. I'm happy with the overall effort, but I know I have a long way to go fitness-wise. Just going to keep plugging away.

- Single arm press x3 (10,10, 10) 5 lbs
- Arnold press x3 (15, 10, 10) 5 lbs
- Alternating front and lift (HARD) x3 (5, 8, 5) 5 lbs, 3 lbs, 3 lbs
- Shoulder press, slow down x3 (10, 10, 5)
- Upright rows x3 (15, 10, 10)
- Lateral raise pulse x3 (15, 10, 10 )

Notes: Holy moly.... this was WAY harder than I thought it would be. Abs were a struggle mostly that balance with an issue with the ball (propped it against the wall) and that helped. Could have maybe done more reps but wasn't sure how I was feeling. The shoulder stuff... OUCH! Watching the demo videos I somehow thought I would be feeling it in my arms more, but it was ALL shoulders. The sets I did were actually all I could lift without hurting myself. Definitely found an area that needs some work!

Notes: Really needed to get outside and run. Finally felt like myself out there. Was able to do the strides without coughing too much. Legs got a little pep in them, so I'm happy things are moving in a positive direction.

Easy small loop with Winston. Legs were feeling fatigued and body in general was feeling tight and stiff. Health-wise still improving, but the cough is still active.

Notes: "Long Run" still easing back into things but feeling better. Upper back was very tight and sore about half way through but was able to kind of massage it out and felt a lot better by the end.
