Met with two friends for a run at Fort Ord! Lots of hills, so the pace was not too quick overall but it was good to get a bit longer of a run in. I need to drink more water during the night because I felt thirsty half way through.

Run out the door for an hour

Good strong run. I really need these runs to clear my head after a long day of lectures. I want to keep up this consistency.

Sunday Oct 2 #

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Saucony Men's Cohesion 8 Grey

I bumped my toe yesterday and it's pretty swollen. I iced all day and evaluated around the afternoon. I decided that it's probably okay to do an easy run. It went okay.
