Good running! Got up early this morning and took the dogs on a walk to the beach with Leanne. Did some school work when I got back. I felt really productive and the day was still early. I started running south along the coast and felt great. Lots of tourists and idiot drivers, but I only banged on the hood of 2 cars, so better than usual. The 7th mile was uphill and I just kept cruising, then turned around and let myself go downhill for a few miles. I started feeling a little heavy around 11 miles, but still I never felt too bad. I definitely need to keep getting the miles up though for the marathons off in the distance from now. I don't want to feel like that until 18-21 miles.
Good run and I am feeling very thankful for everything I have :) Leanne, the doggies, and my health.
