Felt absolutely amazing today when running. First day with energy in a long time. Felt flowy, rolly, like there was actually some kind of speed things happening.

1h after, felt horrible. Hot/cold, dizzy, tasting bile but not feeling puky. Just felt really ill. Not sure if it was the heat or the run. Lasted all evening, not stoked on it.

Definitely a minute-by-minute run, just trying to make it to the next minute. Surges were not a thing today - I'm having crazy joint pain (hips, knees, shoulders, neck, SI joint). Apparently it's a common side effect. Not feeling fast or strong today.

Hot.

45min shakeout after 60min hot yoga (Moksha flow)

This may be my slowest run yet...throwing down some solid 6min km's after yoga tonight. Feeling super lightheaded, nauseous, big body aches, joints sore. I think I feel better after running though? Still not sure if this felt good or not. Finally managed to eat something today & keep it down!

2h bike ride, rainy & wet & sometimes cold.

Hustled hard on the bike today, making it everywhere. 1h30 was continuous, the other 30min was to get to an iron apptmnt. Huge thunderstorms - totally awesome to bike in. Forgot how good it felt to ride in storms!

First big iron IV today - feeling pretty awful after. Dizzy, nauseous, crampy muscles, weird taste. Also apparently not supposed to work out after. Moving workout to a day when I'm a more functional person.

SO hot today, but it was such a good call doing this right after yoga. Really slow, sluggish, draggy. Stayed focused on moving well & breathing, ran super even km's. Jumped in the river after & felt SO much better.

Feeling a little better today, still drained but a lot more functional than the end of the week. Really tough run today. Not moving fast, but definitely working hard. Weird breathing & HR today.
