Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.9 km (6:44 / km)
In Sydney for a family visit at mums. Ran around the rough bush trails in North Rocks. The whole run was singletrack except the first and last 100 meters.
Amazing how many people were out for a bushwalk. When I lived in Sydney you would barely see a soul down in the creek valleys. Today I saw many parties of walkers - couples and families every few hundred meters. Mum said it's definitely COVID that has made the change in peoples exercise routines. A lot of the trails are tough too - typical Sydney sandstone tracks that twist and turn and are overgrown with plenty of rock hopping and creek crossings.
