4 short Ecmos with Rob off a 4 min cycle - really struggled so I bailed on the last but did run all 4 in exactly 2.41. Tom also joined in for a bit

similar to last weeks long run except I did some extra hills on the far side of the river before dropping down to the Murrumbidgee. Was nice down by the river in the morning. The climb back up to the car was tougher than last week. The extra hills and some soft sand running took a toll.
