Early lunchtime run around the edge of Dunlop and Fraser, back through the streets. Still feeling pretty poor even after a rest day. My heart rate was a bit more elevated than normal for a run of that distance and speed. Foot is still a bit sore too - not to stop me running, just feels a bit puffy.

Felt awful. Intended to run some tempo. Warmed up, did about 3 minutes at 4.30 pace then went back to a jog. In the end it was an effort just to complete 30min.
