Bit of a struggle this run. More mental struggle than physical - serves me right going out with a focus to just get my 4 hours for the week done.

Up and down the creek and a bit of street running around Kippax and Dunlop.

Ran from home over to Elise's parents for dinner via Mt Rogers. Felt bad at the start but better and better as the run went on.

Usual bike paths by the creek. Getting fitter so made the session longer than usual.
