Felt like a struggle but still finished the session. The ks were about 4.00 to 4.05 pace.

I should really do more sessions like this.

Was a pretty tough week of running. Just not feeling very good even though I skipped a session.

Wasn't sure about what I wanted to do with this run having really struggled early in the week. In the end I settled for an easy jog and felt really good.

Taking a day off before my long run didn't really help. Felt dreadful. It was a real push just to complete the hour. My HR got to 167 which is crazy high for such an easy flat run.

Not sure about running tomorrow. Might take another rest day.
