So I finally pass 40k in a week, and now the body feels like its breaking down again. Limping!

First steps back towards Sunday long runs. This doesn't really qualify as a Sunday long run, other than that it felt like one. Which says all about current fitness levels. It was a wander through various mining areas near home. DSE and the city are renovation quite a few. Interesting terrain is disappearing.
