Took it easy and eased myself back into some physical effort. Lost a lot of fitness over the past two months with injury followed by illness. It doesn't take much to get my heart rate up high.

Fredo's first training event in Bendigo. Probably shouldn't have gone out as I paid for it the next day. But it was fun while I was out there. Didn't do the whole course, in a genuflection to my viral companion.
