My first day as a binge fitness fanatic. I am inspired by Liggo. In fact, almost two hours logged. My longest session in probably 2 months. All I need for a real Liggo binge session is to head out now for 60 minutes of kayaking. Two problems. My kayak (white water touring style) is in Wonga Park. And even if I had it, I can't think of any local water that might allow more than1 minute of travel in any direction.

I forgot how good one can feel afterward a reasonable bout of exercise. The knee seemed to hold up well, but the tendonopathy showed signs of recurring. At least I can keep running with that injury as long as I can bear the pain. Only minimal today so fingers crossed. Highlight of the run was running in rain. All 30 seconds of it. Nowhere as good as last nights deluge. I measured 1 mm in the gauge this morning. That is the first rainfall here for October.

Even greater respect for serial binge trainers.

Note
(rest day)
Not a Jane Saville walk day. Took a rest day. I felt stiff and sore like I would normally feel two days after a hard rogaine. I'm gaining renewed respect for committed binge or bulimic trainers such as Liggo. It hurts getting back into it again. Better just to not stop.

Wednesday Oct 24

Running 30:00 [3] 5 km (6:00 / km) +45m 5:44 / km

Running. RUNNING.
Geez that was hard work after almost 7 weeks of rest.
