Running 1:06:52 [3] 9.6 km (6:58 / km) +233m 6:13 / km
shoes: Asics Trail

The now standard short Marne trip. As always, the views at the top justify the climb.

Back, core and achilles 10:00 [1]

Real Orienteering race (Norfolk Hero) 1:10:47 [3] *** 9.26 km (7:39 / km) +203m 6:53 / km
spiked:15/21c shoes: Saucony Xodus 9.5

Straight line 7.2.
A good course set on Norfolk Hero. The improved (remap of Spring Gully) map allows some more technical course setting and at times I was found wanting. Garmin tells me 8 minutes of errors! I think many were in the same boat. Nice day out all the same.

Running hills 30:10 [3] 5.2 km (5:48 / km) +150m 5:04 / km
shoes: Asics Trail

Easy hills, but thats all there is around here. The rain made up for the lack of climb.

Running warm up/down 27:30 [3] 4.3 km (6:24 / km) +20m 6:15 / km
shoes: Asics Trail

The plan was rest today after two hardish courses over the weekend. But the weather... sunny and blue skies today, rain for tomorrow. Rest today, and knowing me, probably rest again tomorrow. So out I went. Slow, but very pleasant in shorts and T-shirt and a hint of warmth from the sun. Won't be like that tomorrow.
