A circuit of the reservoirs. Felt bad from the start with my head feeling like it was in another space and my legs on strike. The climb up the range was harder than I ever remember and I had to stop to recover at the top. Subsequent attempts to run out of the hole made it worse. Cut the run short with sore legs and went home to multiple rounds of tummy runs. I thought it might have been the first ice-cream in many months at the VOA meeting, but that doesn't explain why the next morning I felt as bad as I had ever felt the day after a rogaine. Perhaps a virus? No run today. Painful legs.

A vaseloppet (?) style race- long legs and mainly track route choice. It was surprisingly enjoyable. Raced probably harder than I intended.

Added an extra session of stretching to undo the lack of attention to achilles area over past two weeks.

Piecing together a standard run that links four separate wasteland areas, two poppet heads, a couple of hill tops and avoids road as much as possible. Getting closer to the final option.
